Way 1: Rename a file in Windows 10 File Explorer. Click the file you want to rename to select it, and press the F2 key on your keyboard to make its name editable. Thank you so very much for responding as software is no longer any companies responsibility. It would jump to another folder. I realized it did this every time the background photo changed. I had to change the background settings and the issue wentaway. What is absolutely crazy is it was displaying a file of my photos with only a 5 second delay which is not even an option when I changed the setting.

Even scarier is that it found one of my photos files, which have never been posted on the internet,before I finished installing and updating software on this new computer. How is this even possible. What is this world coming to and we don't even get a choice for another operating system. I bet this changes soon with the highly increased levelof frustration and dissatisfaction. I have been trouble shooting for 4 weeks and have resolved very little of my problems and everyone on the internet, no matter how experienced, are having the same experience.
