I got this error to go away by putting a blank file called Skyrim.ini inside the '.My DocumentsMy GamesSkyrim VR' folder.However, I still cannot get any mods to be loaded into the game. NMM has been configured well enough that I have some mods installed and activated according to NMM, but they don't actually show up in game.Edit: Fixed it!
